-Established and led the development of a new Production Department from inception, including operational processes and client/vendor financial procedures.

  • Negotiated celebrity contracts, supervised international production with music star Wisin for H&R Block US, orchestrating simultaneous TV, radio, digital & live events for maximum efficiency.
